The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will hold a NY license, be able to evaluate and treat residents independently, and provide functional activities to improve mobility and quality of life. Experience in SNF settings is preferred.
