Billing SpecialistAs a Legal Billing Specialist, your responsibilities include providing clients with bills on a daily and monthly basis and auditing the books each month to ensure all bills and payments are correct.Responsibilities:Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completenessGenerating invoices and sending them to clientsCoordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputesInputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting systemTracking and managing budgets for legal projectsQualifications:Current legal billing experience is required.Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.To be considered for this opening, please apply to View email address on click.appcast.io
