At K2D La w, we're looking for a litigation attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients and isn't afraid to take a case all the way. If you enjoy drafting persuasive motions, developing litigation strategy, appearing before judges, and fighting for the best possible outcome, we'd love to meet you .We are not looking for someone who simply manages files—we're looking for someone who thrives in the courtroom and believes every client deserves a strong advocate. What You'll Do Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings. Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case strengths. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments. Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings. Take and defend depositions. Negotiate settlements when appropriate while always protecting the client's interests. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently. Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process. We're Looking For Someone Who Is licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arizona. Has trial practice experience, ideally from opening to jury verdict. Is confident appearing before judges and arguing motions. Enjoys legal writing and building compelling arguments. Is proactive, organized, and able to manage a litigation caseload. Has exceptional communication and advocacy skills. Truly cares about helping clients through difficult situations.
