Senior Manager, Marketing (Tory Burch, Retailer.com)

The Senior Manager, Marketing (Tory Burch & Retailer.com), will be responsible for driving the Tory Burch US Marketing function while developing the strategy and vision to lead sales growth for the Fragrance Division across Retailer.com sites (Max Mara, Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez and Hermes). This role will provide strategic guidance, development support, and business best practices for the Retailer.com channel. The role will work closely with the various fragrances brand holder teams, US Marketing, Sales, and Retail Merchants to support and deliver brand sales targets and new business initiatives. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and execute Tory Burch US marketing strategy, calendar, launch plans, retailer programs, and full marketing mix to drive brand growth. Manage budget ownership, ROI analysis, and performance optimization in partnership with transversal teams (finance, education, S&OP, sales) Forecast and manage POSM, samples, collateral, GWPs, promo sets, and new product forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Forecasting. Lead Fragrance Retailer.com strategy, business planning, account launches, digital co-op planning, and day-to-day execution across retailer digital touchpoints for the portfolio of fragrances: Tory Burch, Max Mara, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Hermes Negotiate and secure retailer.com exposure, promotional calendars, sampling plans, inventory alignment, and customer experience support to maximize sales and brand impact. Monitor business performance, competitive activity, and market trends; deliver insights, business reviews, retailer recaps, and recommendations to brand holders and internal stakeholders. Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders: Brand Teams Brand-holders Retailer Buying Offices External Agencies and Vendors Qualifications & Competencies: 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing at a retailer or brand Highly detail oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strategic thinker with an ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups Ability to think “outside of the box” with a test & learn mindset Strong project planning, tracking, and analysis skill Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions accordingly Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases, and various multimedia technologies) This position will be Hybrid in NYC Office (2-3 Days) #J-18808-Ljbffr Shiseido
