Position Summary


We are currently hiring Order Selectors for multiple companies throughout the Raleigh area. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required . We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.


Order Selectors are responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and organize products according to customer orders
• Build and prepare pallets for shipment
• Safely move and handle products throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Experience


Previous experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Wholesale distribution
• Warehouse or order selection
• Shipping and receiving
• Material handling
• Loading and unloading
• Building-material distribution
• Construction
• Landscaping
• Moving
• Retail stocking

We're more interested in your work ethic and ability to handle the job than having a specific job title on your resume. Experience in physically demanding or fast-paced work can translate well into an order selection position.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move products as required by the position
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and processes

Powered equipment experience is a plus , including pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment, depending on the position.
