Overview

Symbiotic Services is seeking an Assembler / Packer I to support manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling components, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met prior to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform repetitive assembly andpackaging operations
Inspect parts for cosmeticdefects and non-conformities
Follow detailed work instructionsand assembly procedures
Use hand tools and performsoldering as needed
Install threaded inserts(Heli-Coils)
Package and prepare parts forshipment
Maintain a clean and organizedwork environment
Report safety concerns anddamaged tools
Support team-based production andquality initiatives

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of assembly experiencepreferred
Ability to install threadedinserts
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting withexposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particles
Required use of PPE (safetyglasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
