Seastate Land Services Company is looking for a skilled and motivated Irrigation Crew Lead/Member to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting irrigation systems for a variety of properties. If you take pride in your craft and love working outdoors in the beautiful Florida landscape, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Lead crew members on job sites, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose irrigation system issues including heads, valves, controllers, and mainlines
- Perform system inspections, adjustments, and seasonal startups/shutdowns
- Coordinate with clients and supervisors to ensure project goals and timelines are met
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles safely
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, safe, and compliant with company and safety standards
- Prior experience in irrigation installation, repair, or landscape services preferred
- Ability to lead a small crew and communicate effectively on job sites
- Familiarity with irrigation controllers, drip systems, and sprinkler heads
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Florida Irrigation License or willingness to obtain is a plus
