Resident Services Coordinator

Located at the base of the Rincon Mountains and next to the Saguaro National Park East, this position is onsite at Del Webb Rocking K, a 55+ active adult community. The community will feature a recreation center with amenities that support health, wellness, and personal growth. Residents will have access to a resort-style pool, fitness center, aerobics studio, billiards room, caf, and courts for pickleball and bocce, as well as access to networked sidewalks and trails for walking, hiking, running, cycling, and mountain biking. We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to help support the Member Services Desk at the recreation, serving as reception and first point of contact for homeowners, visitors, vendors and inbound callers requiring information and/or assistance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for being the primary point of contact for the community through managing all phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, and assisting residents.
• Display a professional, dynamic, and customer-focused personality by networking and fostering relationships to provide exclusive assistance and services to the residents while ensuring adherence to the residential policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Diagnose, clarify, or provide solutions and/or resources. Advance service levels for residents by obtaining and evaluating residents' observations and opinions; create, innovate, and implement policies and performance methods.
• Maintain Association event, activity registration including final registration reports.
• Process Activity Cards and other Association paperwork for new residents, renters and staff members.
• Organize and manage delivery of news articles, events, and communications on the website, create and post residential communications as needed around the facility and/or at the front desk.
• Maintain and update resident's contact information in the database.
• Assist with Lifestyle activities, parties and social events
• Perform and report daily community inspections of common areas for cleanliness and safety concerns.
• Other related duties as directed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Standing, sitting, moving throughout the day as needed and utilizing a computer in an office setting.
• Setting up/breaking down chairs, tables, etc. as needed for meetings and events.
• Must work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional bending; lifting of objects (up to 15 pounds)

Required Education:

High School or better.

Required Experience:

2 years:

Full time, paid, professional experience working in a Receptionist, Customer Service, administrative support or Hospitality role. Responsible for receiving CPR/AED certification, from training provided by employer and all subsequent re-certification as necessary.
