Our client, a dynamic leader in the offline marketing industry, is seeking a Vice President of Product to join their team. As a Vice President of Product, you will be part of the Product Department supporting cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and account management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic vision, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Own and refine the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage a team of product managers and designers to deliver impactful features and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and execute product development plans.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor product adoption and performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within media, advertising, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Experience working with data-driven platforms and understanding of APIs and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in statistics and data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on delivering impactful product solutions.
