Patient Support Representative

Patient Support Representative for a medical device company. In this role, you will provide friendly, responsive support to patients, healthcare providers, and clinical staff. This role will serve as a key point of contact, helping answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure patients have a positive experience throughout the monitoring process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. We are open to candidates from a variety of customer-facing backgrounds, including healthcare, hospitality, retail, restaurant, hotel, and front-desk environments. Responsibilities Work through the remote patient monitoring each day to see which patients need following up, and call them Talk patients through fixes on the phone, one step at a time Take inbound calls and messages from patients, providers and clinical staff Record what happened and how it was resolved in Freshdesk Stay on an issue until it is closed, including chasing the follow-up Answer day-to-day questions from the clinics and facilities we supply Pass on what you hear from patients, so we can fix the things that keep coming up Keep our FAQs and help articles current Qualifications Must be able to work on Pacific Time High School Diploma 1+ year in customer service role Confidence with everyday technology: smartphones, apps, websites. You should be able to talk someone through an app on their phone without a script in front of you. Clear communication, on the phone and in writing Good organization and attention to detail. You will be working in a queue.
