Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED – Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Muscatine, Iowa. Job Summary Emergency Room (ER) Traveler position located in Muscatine, Iowa. Candidates must bring their license on the first day. This role involves providing professional and clinical care within the emergency department, with opportunities to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The assignment begins on 08/03/2026, with day shifts. Job Details Specialty: ED – Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour shifts, days) Employment Type: Travel Qualifications State RN license required. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required. Epic EMR experience required. Minimum 2 years of ER experience. At least one completed travel contract. Experience with critical emergency drugs, intubation, antiarrhythmic drugs, sedation, and gtt‑pressors required. Valid driver's license and taxable address outside 50 miles of the facility. Submission of work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within last year), supervisory references, and license verification. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Level 1 trauma centers. Successfully completed at least one travel contract. Additional Information Traveler may be required to work 1–2 of the 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). Traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
