• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC required
• Education: Valid state license required; at least 1 travel contract completed; 2 years of previous ER experience required; Skills checklist (must be completed within 1 year); License verification; Work history/resume; Copy of required certifications; References - 1 supervisory reference at time of submission; Driver's License required
• Qualifications: No minimum years of experience specified, but 2 years preferred; must have experienced in emergency care and be eligible for Indiana or Illinois state licensure.
