Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to serve in a developmental position with known promotion potential to the target position of 9P9G614, Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement), GS-0201-09. Duties include:
- Provides recruitment and placement services to assigned installation-level organizations
- Provides recruitment and placement, and affirmative employment advisory services
- Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities
- Prepares written correspondence and other documents
