Client Relations Advisor [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Relations Advisor based in the United States.

This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity for a people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and helping individuals make informed decisions. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing education, guidance, and responsive customer service through virtual consultations. Accountabilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms to understand their needs and provide professional guidance.

• Help clients evaluate their options and make informed decisions based on their individual circumstances and needs.
• Assist clients with applications, required documentation, and related service processes.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and ensure timely follow-up communications.
• Provide consistent support throughout the client experience and respond professionally to questions or requests.
• Participate in structured onboarding, virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate effectively with a remote team while taking ownership of individual responsibilities and client commitments.
• Continuously strengthen communication, organization, problem-solving, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Access to a computer or laptop suitable for professional remote work.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Webcam and microphone capability for virtual consultations, meetings, and training.
• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for client-facing video calls.
