- Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Group Size on Site: 4 Physicians
- Shared Call: 1:4
- Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
- Inpatient rehab medical management
- Oversight of facility operations as Medical Director
- Shared call coverage with group
- Compliance program in place
- EMR/Billing system: MD Coder (for charge entry, coding compliance, and billing)
- Guaranteed Salary: $180,000/year
- Medical Director Salary: Guaranteed $200,000/year
- Production Bonus: Eligible for 70% of billings above base
- Typical total compensation: $230,000 - $425,000+ (salary + production bonus)
