Business Analyst - IT IV

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking. Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst - IT IV to join our client in support of an existing vacancy. Contract Period: 3 months Pay Rate: Starting form $68 per hour Location: Remote Location Type: Remote Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours Job Responsibilities Define API requirements and integration specifications Document data flows and mappings (source,transformation, target) Translate business pricing rules into technical requirements Work closely with pricing, analytics, and engineering teams Write detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria Support UAT, release planning, and production validation Experience & Qualification Requirements 10+ years of Technical Business Analyst in system integration or API programs Experience defining API requirements, contracts, and data flows Strong skills in data mapping (source,transformation,target) Ability to translate business rules into clear technical specifications Experience writing detailed functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience in banking, mortgages, or pricing/rate systems Familiarity with segmentation models or analytics-driven use cases Experience working with data teams (analytics, data science) Exposure to API design standards (REST conventions, versioning) Experience Supporting UAT and production rollout Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process.
