About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Assistant Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You'll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors. What You'll Be Doing Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squad Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!) Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites Jumping into scoop, serve, and celebrate with customers Managing shifts and daily operations Community relations and customer experience What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!) A positive, upbeat attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Weekend and evening availability Perks of the Job Fun, supportive team culture Opportunities to grow A workplace that smells like waffle cones all day Physical Requirements Carry up to 50lbs Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per day Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking If you're ready to lead with positivity, work hard, and have a blast doing it, apply today and help us keep the good times (and scoops) rolling! #J-18808-Ljbffr Oberweis
