Servers play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by efficiently managing orders, providing menu expertise, and ensuring timely food delivery. They maintain table settings, uphold cleanliness standards, and perform responsible alcohol service within a medium-sized team reporting to the Restaurant Manager. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and proficiency with digital POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with friendly and attentive service
• Manage orders accurately using digital POS systems
• Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge to assist guests
• Deliver food promptly and ensure order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and table settings throughout service
• Provide responsible alcohol service in compliance with regulations
• Process payments efficiently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in hospitality or food service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Thorough menu knowledge and alcohol service compliance awareness
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
