Come join our award-winning team as a Banquet Server at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sandy. Position is worked as needed by the hotel banquet team. Variable schedule. Pay is hourly plus tips.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Must be neat, professional, and well-groomed
• Positive, interpersonal skills required
• Must be dependable and reliable

Performance Expectations

• Will follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet events (tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, audio visual equipment).
• Provide all group guests with a lasting experience of the hotel with intent for return business.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the banquet space.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
