Registered Nurse In Ltac Unit
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the LTAC unit, where you will provide essential care to patients in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the long-term acute care setting
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease management
What We Need To See
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a nursing role
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
