Candidate Requirements: 1-3 years of public accounting experience Degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Overall and accounting GPA of 3.2 or higher Near completion or completed CPA exam Strong understanding of audit issues Proficiency with firm technology and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple audit engagements across various industries Understand client’s business and develop expertise Execute audit activities and manage client engagements from planning to completion Build and maintain strong client relationships Prepare financial statements and disclosures accurately Identify and communicate technical issues Ensure compliance with internal controls Update audit procedures and recommend improvements Document audit tests and findings Perform research and analytical procedures Resolve audit issues proactively Communicate effectively with team and clients Collaborate with team members on engagements We offer competitive benefits and engaging perks such as quarterly socials, annual trips, and catered meals.
