About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean of Enrollment Management to join its community. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the enrollment process, with a focus on attracting and retaining a diverse and academically qualified student body. This includes developing and implementing strategic enrollment plans, managing admissions and financial aid operations, and fostering relationships with prospective students, churches, and other educational institutions. The Dean will also be involved in the formation of students for theologically reflective ministry and will work closely with faculty to ensure that the enrollment process aligns with the institution's mission and values. Applicants for the Dean of Enrollment Management position at the company should have a deep understanding of the theological education landscape and a commitment to the formation of Christian leaders. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enrollment management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community. A graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred, and experience in a similar leadership role within a theological or religiously affiliated institution is highly valued.
