With a focus on efficient and reliable service, they are seeking a skilled forklift operator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Job Summary: As a 1st Shift Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the company's warehouse operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, goods, and equipment using a forklift. This is a temporary, contract position with the potential for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods and materials within the warehouse
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all forklift operations
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a forklift operator
• Proficient in the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Working Conditions: This position is based in a warehouse/distribution center environment. The work involves standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and operating heavy machinery. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Compensation: This is a Forklift role with a target pay rate of $19 per hour. Must have a valid driver's license.
