Client Service, Vice President

Job Description AlTi is looking for a Client Service Vice President to join our centralized team in our Delaware office. As a Client Service Vice President, this person will report to the Head of Client Service and work to provide a range of services to the Firm’s West Coast Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Job Responsibilities Partner with assigned Client Service Team to service the Firm’s UHNW clients Accountability for assigned client relationships including responsibility for maintaining data accuracy and documentation adequacy through continuous monitoring and updating of the Firm’s internal database and relevant applications Cross‑collaborate with members of Tiedemann Trust Company and Family Office Services team on applicable relationships as a commitment to our One Client service philosophy. Engage with the Firm’s custodians and internal Operations teams to ensure requests are processed and reconciled correctly Support onboarding of new client relationships Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements Manage the opening and closing of accounts including SMAs and brokerage Facilitate cash and security movements including incoming and outgoing checks, wires, ACHs, journals, and fees. Analyze and review billing for accuracy, and work closely with Advisors to ensure timely payment of management fees Oversee delivery of tax documentation and other required information to trusted contacts and authorized third parties on behalf of clients Collaborate with other Vice Presidents on various reporting initiatives for the Head of Client Service and Head of Operations Organize and execute department-wide projects at the discretion of the Head of Client Service Operate as a steward of change as new technology and processes are introduced Serve as a regional lead, observing trends within a specific Advisory market, sharing relevant updates with the Client Service Management team, building best practices alongside other regional leads, and being a role model for strong collaboration and communication Actively participate in recruiting efforts during growth periods for the team Mentor junior team members through complex client needs and activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree – Finance or Business preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience within financial services, preferably UHNW Wealth Management Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally Passionate about shaping the client experience and striving for excellence High attention to detail with the ability to work within a collaborative, fast paced team environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint Working knowledge of Fidelity’s Wealthscape, Schwab’s Advisor Center, Salesforce, Addepar, and DocuSign preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr AlTi Tiedemann Global
