The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day.This Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent position will be a temp-to-hire, meaning that while SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and Snelling would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.Responsibilities:Prepare and process renewal quotesShop rates and coverage options through multiple insurance carriers to obtain the best solutions for clientsReview and compare insurance products and pricingMaintain accurate client records through data entry and database updatesProcess applications and follow up on required documentationSend, collect, and upload verification and policy-related documentsCommunicate with clients regarding policies, renewals, and coverage questionsAnswer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer serviceAssist with administrative support and policy servicing activitiesParticipate in weekly team meetings and goal reviewsRequired Qualifications:Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance LicensePrevious insurance industry experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectivelyProficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelExperience working in a fast-paced office environmentPreferred:Personal Lines insurance experienceExperience with EZLynx softwareExperience with AMS360 or similar agency management systemsSNELLING is a contingency recruiting firm, placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire positions for over 60 years.
