Role Description The Insurance Account Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Tyler, TX. This role involves assisting new and existing customers with insurance inquiries, explaining coverage options, and providing personalized recommendations across products such as auto, home, life, and other State Farm offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing policy changes, handling billing questions, and following up on leads generated through marketing and referrals. The Insurance Account Representative will also conduct outbound calls, schedule appointments, support sales campaigns, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new policyholders. Collaboration with agency leadership and team members to meet sales goals and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service is essential. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills.
