Whether you’re already licensed or looking to start a career in insurance, we’re willing to help the right candidate get licensed and provide the training and support needed to succeed. What We Offer Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Hybrid work opportunity Base salary + uncapped commission Leads provided Licensing assistance for non-licensed candidates Training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You’ll Do Connect with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs Provide personalized insurance quotes and coverage options Build and maintain relationships with customers Follow up with leads and prospects Educate customers on available insurance products Meet and exceed sales goals Maintain a strong customer-focused approach throughout the sales process Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and driven Goal-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable communicating with customers Confident and professional Competitive with a strong work ethic Team-oriented while still able to work independently Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
