Our organization , a clinician-led entity dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare across nine counties in Indiana and Ohio, has been recognized on the Forbes 2022 list of America's Best Employers ! We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to become part of our talented team. You will join one employed gastroenterologist and three nurse practitioners, with the office conveniently situated on the main hospital campus, providing easy access to surgical facilities and the inpatient tower.

Located in east-central Indiana, our organization offers the benefits of a single-hospital community, a low managed care environment, a supportive workplace, and an outstanding medical staff.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Flexible full-time schedule
• On-call rotation of 1:3
• 10% inpatient care / 90% outpatient care
• Utilization of Epic EMR
• Office located on the main hospital campus
• Average clinic volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Average procedure volume: 15 per operating room day
• Use of Provation Technology
• Access to a 24/7/365 hospitalist team
• Extensive referral base

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

• Attractive base salary
• OPPORTUNITY FOR OWNERSHIP IN SURGERY CENTER
• Signing bonus of $60,000
• Student loan repayment assistance up to $100,000, plus eligibility for qualifying PSLF site
• Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice and tail coverage

QUALIFICATIONS:

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Gastroenterologist
Experience Required: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
Licensure: Indiana Medical License
Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
