Job Description Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related taskswithin the Human Resources department. The receptionist will be responsible foranswering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow ofcorrespondence, and requisition of supplies. The Human ResourcesRepresentative is the first point of contact for many team members and leaderswithin the organization and provides a high level of customer service and care. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate teammember. Answers general questions about human resources in order toprovide quick solutions to general questions. Transfer callers to a team member’s voice mailbox when the associate isunavailable. Provide a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional, andtimely manner. Process employment-related paperwork, including datainput into the company’s HR systems. Review employment-related paperwork to ensure proper completion,obtain necessary supporting documents, and ensure full compliance withall applicable federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies. Maintain an accurate and complete filing system. Retrieve and distribute mail in a timely fashion. Create, print and distribute reports as prescribed and/or requested. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred withexperience in customer service and a high traffic office environment . Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) and in theoperation of standard office equipment and software. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/orcertifications.
