Ifyoulovebuildingrelationships,findingwhitespace,andturningcomplexaccountsintogrowthengines,thisisyourseatatthetable. Activelyprospect,develop,andclosenewbusiness—bothwithinexistingnationalaccountsandthroughnewstrategicpartnerships—todrivesustained,aggressivegrowth. Driveaggressivesalesgrowththroughproductexpansion,pricingstrategy,merchandising,andsupplychaincapabilities. Runbusinessreviews/QBRs,planningsessions,andongoingperformancecheck-inswithcustomers. Partnercross-functionallywithMarketingandOperationstolaunchcustomerinitiativesandnewproductopportunities. Maintaincustomerpricingstructures/files,trackprofitability,andmanagetobudget+companygoals. Asaccountsexpand,potentiallysupport/alignreprelationshipstoscalecoverage. Whatwe’relookingfor 5 to 7yearsinaseniorsales/accountrole(NationalAccountManager,KeyAccountManager,SalesDirector,etc.). Proventrackrecordofaccountmanagement+measurablegrowthinindustrial-relatedmarkets(industrial,chemical,electrical,HVAC,buildingproducts,specialtychemicals,oradjacent). Strongpreferenceforexperiencegrowing/servicingaccountslikeFastenal,Grainger,MSC,Ferguson(orsimilarnationaldistributors). Highlyproactive,organized,andcomfortableoperatingwithautonomyinaremoterole.
