About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to lead a transformational moment in the healthcare technology industry. The successful candidate will be a market-facing enterprise leader with a strong background in modern, data-driven marketing and communications strategy. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as a category leader, driving growth, and delivering measurable business impact. The VP will be responsible for shaping and executing a marketing strategy that is integrated, omnichannel, and anchored in high-quality content. They must have a proven track record in driving growth, leading transformation, and scaling teams, with a focus on AI-enabled, high-performing marketing organizations. The role also involves overseeing corporate communications, public relations, and executive messaging to elevate brand trust and credibility. Applicants for the VP of Marketing and Communications role at the company should have at least 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including executive roles, and a strong background in product marketing, digital, brand, and communications. Expertise in AI, automation, and advanced marketing technologies is essential, as is a strong grasp of end-to-end product lifecycle and its alignment to go-to-market success. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, be well-versed in evolving marketing trends, and have a proven track record in helping established companies unlock greater market recognition. While not mandatory, exposure to the healthcare industry is preferred.
