Automotive Dealership Mobile Service Advisor

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Mobile Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. This position has great earning potential and is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys talking with customers over the phone, building rapport quickly, and helping schedule convenient vehicle service appointments. In this role, the Mobile Service Advisor will make outbound calls to customers to advise them of recommended or needed vehicle service, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for a mobile technician to complete the work at the customer's home or workplace.
