A fully remote schedule and competitive compensation further support balance alongside career advancement.About the Role:This position focuses primarily on employment litigation, with an emphasis on single-plaintiff matters. Attorneys will work closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-impact cases while developing their own case management skills and client relationships.Responsibilities:Litigating cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claimsRepresenting employers in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, DOL)Managing day-to-day case responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practiceCollaborating with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case developmentParticipating in mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution processesQualifications:JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experienceAdmission to the California Bar (required)Experience in federal and state court practice and/or administrative proceedingsStrong writing, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple matters and work both independently and collaborativelyRequired Skills:Excellent written and oral advocacy skillsStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to take ownership of matters with minimal supervisionTeam-oriented mindset and commitment to client servicePreferred Skills:Experience handling single-plaintiff employment mattersExposure to wage & hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination claimsPay Range and Compensation Package:Competitive compensation and benefitsFully remote scheduleReduced billable hour expectation (approximately 1,800 annually), supporting a more balanced workloadAlternative track structure designed for long-term growth without business development pressureStrong investment in training, mentorship, and professional developmentHands-on experience working alongside leading practitioners in a nationally recognized groupDiverse client base, including major corporations and emerging companies across industriesIf you are interested, do not hesitate to apply or reach out directly to learn more!J-18808-Ljbffr
