Employment Law Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) – 100% Remote Location: California (Remote Only) Experience: 2–5 years preferred A leading California-based plaintiff-side employment law firm is hiring a driven Employment Law Attorney to join their team. Responsibilities: Represent employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations (including class actions and PAGA), and retaliation. Manage cases from intake through resolution, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take depositions, handle motion practice, and engage in settlement negotiations. Work closely with clients and collaborate with a seasoned team of employment litigators. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation (plaintiff-side strongly preferred). Managing caseload independently with strong litigation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Committed to advancing justice in the workplace. $150,000-$200,000 annually and a bonus structure.
