Post Production CoordinatorThe Post Production Coordinator supports the execution of post-production activities across theatrical, streaming, and animation projects. This role focuses on administrative coordination, operational support, and cross-functional alignment to ensure projects progress efficiently from pre-production through final delivery. The Coordinator partners with Post Production leaders and works closely with Production, Editorial, and Studio teams to maintain schedules, track deliverables, and support day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesProduction & Post CoordinationAct as a day-to-day liaison and point of contact for Editorial and Post teams across assigned projectsSupport coordination across Production, VFX, and internal studio teamsTrack and maintain production and post-production milestonesScheduling, Reporting & CommunicationsMaintain show calendars, production schedules, and departmental timelinesCoordinate meetings, conference calls, and executive sessionsUpdate tracking systems and support executive reportingDocument key meeting updates and action itemsEditorial & Post OperationsAssist with editorial room setup and ensure systems and access are in placeSupport onboarding of editorial and post personnel, including account setup and access managementVendor, Facilities & LogisticsAssist in securing editorial office space and coordinating setupCoordinate travel, housing, and logistics for editorial teamsSupport shipping and equipment coordination for remote locationsHelp maintain vendor coordination and service needsFinancial & Administrative SupportCreate and track purchase orders and invoices.Maintain, collect, and audit physical assets provided by the Post Production team. You will maintain records of when assets are checked in and out.Screenings & ReviewsCoordinate logistics for internal and executive screenings, including scheduling and room setup.Assist in managing Executive Screening Room.Support review processes and ensure materials are available.Delivery & Distribution SupportAssist in coordinating final delivery, including quality control and master approvals.Partner with distribution teams to support delivery timelines.Documentation & Process SupportMaintain documentation related to workflows, onboarding, and procedures.Support development and upkeep of operational guidelines.Basic Qualifications:1+ years of production/post production experience; or relevant internship experience.Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects, with excellent follow through.Strong communication skills, with an ability to interface with 3rd party vendors, internal executives and staff in a collaborative and problem-solving fashion.Ability to anticipate and resolve routine questions or issues while keeping senior executives aware of project status.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Physical production and/or Post production previous Studio Production experience preferred.Familiarity post calendars and applications.The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,200 to $68,700 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
