Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive LPN care for long term care residents

Administer medications/interventions as prescribed

Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures

Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status

Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

Skills and Qualifications:

Active LPN license issued by RI required
