Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of construction litigation matters.
• Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage client matters independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal staff.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in case strategy, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation as needed.

• 4-5 years of construction litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Demonstrated strong legal writing skills.
• Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
