Part Time Mr Tech Assistant
We are seeking a Part Time MR Tech Assistant to work in our Somerset, NJ Imaging Office. Monday - Thursday 3:00pm-8:00pm; Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm
- Assist mostly MRI Techs and with patient flow
- Communicate with patients and prepare them for the exam
- Patient film and report coordination
- Stock supplies
*May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills
- Medical office experience a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus, but not required
- Enrollment in a formal radiologic tech program is a real plus
