- Madison Night Mares- Creative Services Coordinator## Madison Night Mares•### @madisonnightmaresPosted on 9/16/2026•Full-time## Job DescriptionThe dedicated Madison Night Mares Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for executing the graphic design, photography, video, and social media needs for the team. This position will oversee the day-to-day execution of the team’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, while developing and maintaining a consistent and engaging digital presence both locally and nationally.In addition, the Creative Services Coordinator will develop and execute a social media plan with oversight from the General Manager and will use analytics, audience insights, and current trends to continually improve the team’s digital marketing efforts. This position will also support broader marketing and game-day initiatives through creative content and media production. This position will be part of a brand new 2-person team dedicated to operating the Night Mares year round and other responsibilities could be added as this new structure is implemented.\\*\\*Social Media Responsibilities \\*\\** Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive social media calendar for the Night Mares.* Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of all Night Mares social media accounts.* Develop short- and long-term social media strategies with oversight from the General Manager.* Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, emerging content formats, and best practices.* Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance, audience engagement, and overall growth using analytics and performance data to make real-time adjustments to campaigns and content in order to achieve established goals.* Utilize Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and other relevant analytics tools.* Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content for social media and other marketing purposes.* Create both planned and real-time content throughout the season, including game-day content, promotional content, player features, community appearances, behind-the-scenes content, and sponsor-related content.* Maintain consistent messaging, voice, tone, and visual presentation across all digital platforms.* Monitor social media engagement and respond or coordinate responses to comments, messages, and other audience interactions as appropriate.* Identify opportunities to grow the Night Mares' social media following, engagement, and overall digital presence.\\*\\* Graphic Design & Branding Responsibilities \\*\\** Create and execute all graphic design needs for the Night Mares, including social media graphics, promotional materials, digital advertising, email graphics, sales collateral, and other marketing materials.* Develop and maintain graphic templates for recurring in-season content to ensure consistency and efficiency.* Develop and maintain annual branding guidelines in coordination with the overall season theme and organizational direction.* Ensure Night Mares materials consistently follow established branding guidelines and make recommendations for updates when necessary.* Work with team management to maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing, sales, community relations, and promotional materials.* Design home and away uniforms and other team apparel as needed.* Develop new uniform concepts and assist with rebranding or updating uniforms when necessary.* Create Night Mares-specific sales collateral and presentation materials as needed throughout the year.* Assist with the creative development of promotional campaigns, theme nights, special events, merchandise, and other marketing initiatives.\\*\\* Photography Responsibilities \\*\\** Capture high-quality photography and video content at games, practices, community appearances, promotional events, and other organizational activities.* Build and maintain an organized library of current photography and video assets.* Edit photo and video content for use across social media, websites, email marketing, advertising, and other digital platforms.* Coordinate with players, coaches, staff, sponsors, and community partners to capture compelling content.* Ensure appropriate permissions and organizational standards are followed when capturing and publishing media.\\*\\* General Marketing Responsibilities \\*\\** Assist in developing and executing short- and long-term marketing strategies for the Night Mares.* Support the General Manager in executing the annual marketing plan and achieving established marketing goals.* Collaborate with the marketing, corporate partnerships, ticket sales, and community relations teams on creative campaigns and initiatives.* Assist with customer service and idea generation related to marketing and promotional initiatives.* Assist the corporate partnership team with the creative development of sponsorship proposals, presentations, activation materials, and other sales collateral.* Participate in marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, and promotional planning as requested.* Help develop creative concepts for promotions, theme nights, fan engagement initiatives, and special events.* Assist the sales and community relations team with mascot and community appearances as needed.* Attend select community and mascot appearances to capture photography, video, and social media content.* Identify opportunities to turn community appearances and organizational events into compelling digital content.\\*\\* Game Day Responsibilities \\*\\** Work all Night Mares home games and other organizational events.* Alternate between media collection and on-field promotional management based on the game-day schedule and organizational needs.* Capture and publish real-time game-day content, including photos, videos, stories, player features, fan engagement, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content.* Coordinate with the promotions, operations, sales, and community relations teams to ensure game-day initiatives are effectively documented and promoted.* Assist with on-field promotions and fan engagement activities when assigned.* Ensure all game-day creative and social media content aligns with established branding and promotional objectives.\\*\\* Other Responsibilities \\*\\** Maintain a professional and positive representation of the Madison Night Mares and Madison Mallards at all times.* Meet established deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.* Stay current with developments in graphic design, photography, video production, social media, digital marketing, and
