Account Executive (+ Equity) at startup building solution for public procurement

About The Role Minerva is seeking a BDR / Account Executive to drive sales and expand their presence in the DACH region. This role is pivotal in scaling revenue and enhancing go-to-market strategies, with a focus on building trust and credibility in a relationship-driven industry. What You'll Be Doing Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and manage client relationships across the DACH region. Collaborate with founders on sales strategy and execution. Contribute directly to scaling revenue and go-to-market efforts. What We're Looking For Proven experience in end-to-end sales (from lead to close). High level of ownership and autonomy. Strong German language skills. Experience in the DACH market is a strong plus. Ability to close deals is more important than industry experience. Your KPIs Initial target: ~10 closed deals per month Nice to Have Experience in the DACH market. Background in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. Experience working with institutions, associations, or partnerships. Early-stage or startup experience. Compensation & Benefits Relocation support available for strong candidates.
