Creative Services Manager

LHH is currently recruiting for a Creative Services Manager for a hybrid opportunity with our client in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on creative leader with strong project management skills, experience guiding a team, and the ability to move seamlessly between high‑level planning and day‑to‑day execution when needed. This role will lead creative strategy, production, and execution across print, digital, and packaging initiatives. This is a hybrid opportunity at our client’s office in the Dallas area. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the creative services team, providing direction, feedback, prioritization, and support to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time. Oversee creative strategy and execution across print, digital, packaging, and integrated marketing materials. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, develop creative solutions, and align projects with brand objectives. Manage multiple creative projects from concept through completion, including timelines, resources, deliverables, approvals, and production schedules. Serve as a hands‑on leader who can jump in to design, execute, refine, or troubleshoot creative work when needed. Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand standards, campaign goals, quality expectations, and production requirements. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, sales, operations, vendors, and external partners to support business priorities. Improve creative workflow, processes, and communication to increase efficiency, accountability, and visibility across projects. Develop and review creative briefs, project scopes, and deliverables to ensure clear expectations, accurate details, and successful execution. Manage vendor relationships and production partners as needed for print, packaging, digital, and other creative deliverables. Qualifications: 8+ years of creative services, design, production, or related marketing/creative experience. Previous experience leading, managing, mentoring, or directing a creative team. Strong experience across print, digital, and packaging creative, including an understanding of production requirements and best practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables at once. Ability to think strategically while also being willing and able to execute hands‑on when necessary. Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and formats. Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, sales, operations, vendors, and leadership teams. Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency with creative tools and platforms commonly used by design and production teams. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
