Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights Remote, East Coast US | Up to $120,000 Base Salary The Company Harnham is partnering with a growing independent media and analytics agency that helps leading brands understand marketing performance and make better, data-driven decisions. They are looking for a Senior Manager to take ownership of marketing analytics, reporting, and insights across a portfolio of client accounts. The Role This is a hands‑on role for someone who can combine strong marketing analytics experience with data visualization, client communication, and team leadership. You will lead analytics delivery across multiple accounts, analyzing cross‑channel advertising and campaign performance, building Tableau dashboards and reporting, and turning complex marketing data into clear insights and recommendations for clients. You will also work with multiple marketing data sources, support data ingestion and reporting processes, manage concurrent analytics workstreams, and mentor junior analysts. Your Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in marketing, media, or advertising analytics Strong hands‑on Tableau or data visualization experience Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses Strong understanding of digital media and cross‑channel campaign performance Experience integrating, analyzing, and reporting across multiple marketing data sources Understanding of data ingestion and ETL processes Strong experience developing dashboards, reports, and client‑facing presentations Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and recommendations Strong client‑facing and stakeholder communication skills Experience managing multiple accounts or analytics workstreams simultaneously Experience mentoring or managing junior analysts Agency or client‑services experience strongly preferred Exposure to MMM, attribution, or incrementality is a plus The Benefits Up to $120,000 base salary Fully remote across the East Coast US High‑visibility role within a growing analytics function Work with a diverse portfolio of leading brands Significant ownership across analytics, insights, client relationships, and team development #J-18808-Ljbffr
