In this role, a typical day will include:

• Leading marketing projects and promotional materials from concept to launch, supporting brand strategy while managing timelines, budgets and deliverables with an eye on maximizing marketing ROI.
• Partnering with brand, creative agencies and cross-functional teams on new ideas, directions and tools and defining project scope, deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment throughout execution.
• Initiating and managing project briefs and collaborating with agency partners to guide design, copy, and content needs in development of marketing materials, ensuring agency executes and delivers accordingly.
• Driving decisions and next steps to ensure successful completion of work.
• Routing and owning all materials for review and approval through the regulatory, medical and legal process to ensure compliance with established standards and policies/procedures including claims database and review items.
• Managing project timelines, production schedules, delivery of materials and assets.
• Negotiating with agency/vendors and leading agency/vendor selection for projects.
• Working with agency/vendor to establish quotes and estimates.
• Involving procurement as necessary.
• Championing assigned/associated budgets for individual tactics.
• Partnering with brand team to track and report project expenses and process invoices to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Building relationships with sales team to better understand market dynamics and better meet needs.
• Engaging the sales force advisory board and conducting field-testing to gain alignment/feedback before implementing a project/spend.
• Identifying needs and creating assets accordingly.
• Measuring effectiveness of tools and sharing with key stakeholders.
• Tracking and defending against competitive entries/initiatives.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.+0 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
