This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Varied shifts with weekend and weekday on-call responsibilities, including every 4-5th weekend and 1 night per week on-call.

Job Description

The role requires a registered nurse with OR experience. The expected performance aligns with Regional West's Low/Mid/High performer expectations, and contracts may be terminated immediately if the expectations are not met.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room environment.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in the supervision and training of nursing assistants and other support staff.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and data collection.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• Previous experience in an operating room setting is required.
