As a Maintenance Director at Pawtucket Falls Health Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues

• Supervise and train maintenance staff

• Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field (training or certification programs welcome)

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
