Our client in Grand Prairie, TX is looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant to support a busy accounting department with accounts payable and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and proactive, with a team-first attitude. If you’re looking for a positive, laid-back work environment with a great company culture, this could be the opportunity for you.
Requirements:
- Previous accounts payable experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to take initiative
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
