Bank Operations Assistant (Banking Experience Is Required)
Located on-site in downtown Manhattan
Candidate must have prior banking knowledge in the Operations Dept or Branch Platform with good Excel and Word skills. Able to use Outlook for emails. Able to answer incoming customer and branch calls, able to multi-task many assignments on a strictly timed schedule, ensure dual control and compliance. Candidate must have good communication and comprehension skills, work well under pressure, adapt to a changing environment with ease. Must be a team player, flexible and a quick learner. Job requires ISO wire processing, full check verifications, ACH fraud detection, and backup to all other Operations jobs. The shift is 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Requirements: ISO Wire Processing full check verifications ACH Fraud detection Backup to all other Operations jobs. Base Salary is $60k, depending on skills and experience
