We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Systems Coordinator to join our Operations team. About the Role The Systems Coordinator serves as a central operational resource, supporting property management teams across our portfolio by coordinating the systems, reporting, and administrative processes that keep our communities operating efficiently. This is a highly collaborative position that partners with Regional Managers, site teams, vendors, Legal, and other corporate departments to track projects, maintain operational systems, coordinate reporting, and ensure important initiatives are completed accurately and on time. No two days are exactly alike, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and creating organized processes in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Operational Systems & Process Coordination Manage security and communication system accounts, including activations, updates, and issue resolution.Coordinate system access and authorized purchaser records across multiple platforms.Track operational surveys and initiatives while partnering with site teams to ensure timely completion.Maintain inventory and deployment tracking for operational equipment and supplies.Support new property onboarding by coordinating system setup, documentation, and operational readiness.Coordinate seasonal operational initiatives across the property portfolio.Manage property apparel orders and assist with website content updates.Process site supply requests and coordinate fulfillment. Reporting & Operational Analytics Prepare and distribute recurring operational reports and dashboards.Monitor occupancy and operational data, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections.Track Regional Manager site visits and operational compliance activities.Maintain standardized operational files and documentation.Monitor incident reporting and ensure appropriate follow-up and distribution. Property & Vendor Coordination Coordinate Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and vendor documentation.Track insurance renewal payment documentation and outstanding items.Monitor water intrusion and property issue follow-up through resolution.Coordinate infestation tracking and vendor communications.Process credit applications while ensuring proper documentation and routing. Administrative Support Draft and distribute operational communications and company memos.Coordinate resident satisfaction survey distribution and tracking.Support the Vice President of Operations with special projects, reporting, and administrative initiatives. What You Bring Required Qualifications Experience in affordable housing, property management operations, asset management, or a related industry.Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to analyze operational, occupancy, and reporting data.Experience using property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD, or other affordable housing compliance programs. You'll Thrive Here If You...
