Mobility Transport Technician (Part-Time)

What You'll Do
- Safely transport PACE clients using well-maintained, wheelchair-accessible vans and buses
- Assist clients with boarding and off-boarding, including operation of electric wheelchair lifts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment at all times
- Interact with clients, families, facility staff, and co-workers with patience and professionalism
- Provide timely transport to the PACE center and scheduled medical appointments

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Chauffeur's license required upon hire (we can provide guidance on obtaining one if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience with elderly, disabled, or special needs populations is a plus but not required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver wheelchairs and assist clients with boarding and off-boarding
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repeated bending, reaching, and standing
- Must be able to remain alert and focused during extended periods of driving
- Ability to work in varied environments, including outdoors in varying weather conditions
