ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Casandra Nawrocki - State Farm Agent, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences while supporting our growing insurance agency. This part-time position is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and building lasting relationships.

You'll primarily assist clients with their service needs during our afternoon coverage hours. For candidates interested in additional hours, there is also the opportunity to expand your schedule by assisting with marketing and sales activities earlier in the day. This position offers a clear path to full-time employment and future growth into other in-office roles for the right individual.

ROLE DETAILS:

• Part-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-5:00 PM)
• Opportunity to expand to 12:00 PM-5:00 PM by assisting with marketing and sales activities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering policy questions and resolving client inquiries
• Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and account updates
• Process claims and follow up with customers throughout the claims process
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy information
• Collaborate with agency team members to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional insurance products and refer sales opportunities
• (For expanded hours) Assist with marketing initiatives, outbound customer outreach, appointment setting, and other business development activities

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Previous insurance customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Interest in professional growth and future advancement within the agency
